Tell us about your business and your target audience -

I am the author of Compassionate Souls -- Raising the Next Generation to Change the World, and I speak nationally about the intersection of social justice, sustainability and health. I also publish a free emailed newsletter, The Feast Lawrence News, several times each month, which I distribute using Zoho Campaigns' regular email campaign. My target audience is health consumers, environmentalists, justice advocates and parents, whom I seek to inform of critical information that they can use immediately to improve their lives. I use Zoho Campaigns' email sign-up form on the front page of my JoAnnFarb.com website to grow my customer base.

How has using Zoho Campaigns helped your business?

Recently a local community group invited me to present a program at their venue and I notified my email subscribers of this event, and it turned out that a majority of those who attended were people who found out about the event via my Zoho Campaign.

What do you like the most about Zoho Campaigns?

My favorite thing about Zoho Campaigns is their terrific support. Several times when I had challenges, I have quickly been able to discuss them with a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING -- who understood my need and helped me to solve my problem. I also appreciate that while many platforms are increasingly making decisions about WHAT sorts of health information users are allowed to share (and censoring information that does not support the interests of certain large industries) Zoho is not doing that.
