  • Is product support available for the free plan of Zoho Books?

    Yes. Basic support is available for free plan users. You can send us an email at support@zohobooks.com and our support representative will get back to you. You can also post questions on the forum, refer our help documentation, and know about our features through the how-to videos from our video library.
  • Is call support available for free plan users of Zoho Books?

    Call support is available only for users with paid subscription of Zoho Books. However you can reach us over email and our support representatives will get back to you.
  • I am in one of the paid plans of Zoho Books. Can I call, or request a support call whenever I require product assistance?

    You can call us any time between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on business days. However, if you are looking for round-the-clock service, we suggest getting the Premium support plan.
  • What is product onboarding?

    Product onboarding consists of one-on-one sessions with product experts for a period of 10 days from the day of purchase. These sessions will give you a guided path to help you set up Zoho Books for your business, familiarize yourself with the product, and learn how to use Zoho Books.
  • What is configuration assistance?

    Our product experts will guide you so you can get to know about the various customizations Zoho Books offers, and configure Zoho Books to suit your business requirements and needs, in the best way possible.
  • What is remote assistance?

    If you have trouble using Zoho Books, remote assistance allows you to temporarily share your screen with our trusted representatives, so they can work with you remotely to help you out.
  • How does the pricing work for Premium Support?

    If you choose Premium Support, you will be charged $49 billed monthly or $490 billed yearly or 20% of the subscription fee, whichever is higher.
