Integration with Zoho CRM enhancedEnhancement
- From now on, Bookings customer details(default) can be mapped to any Zoho CRM module. Custom fields can be mapped to the Meetings module.
- Zoho Bookings plugin for Zoho CRM is updated to reflect the above changes.
Enhanced Export FeatureEnhancement
- From now on, customer list can be exported.
- Within the list view, two fields(customer email, customer contact number) have been added, allowing you to retrieve this info when exporting appointments.
Engage with your clients through Google MeetFeatures
Zoho Bookings is now integrated with Google Meet. With this integration, you can virtually connect with your customers via Google Meet.

Calendar Integration EnhancementEnhancement
Complete UI revamped for Calendar integration.
Appointments will be synced instantly with Zoho Calendar from now.
Notifications for calendar connection issues made more efficient.
Appointment status has been enhanced.
A new field called Payment status is added to track paid appointments better. Payment failures are handled and made visible.
Ongoing appointments can be marked as Completed during the appointment duration.
From now on, you can Reschedule appointments which are marked as Canceled and No Show.
18th January – Validation of contact number on booking form has been added.
5th October – List View has got a complete new look. Improved filter options, choosing columns for the view, exporting the view as csv, xlsx files and a few more enhancements added.
5th October – Frequently used links can now be easily accessible from the menu bar. Sections under Manage Business can be accessed in just a click.
5th October – HIPAA Support has been moved inside General Settings under Manage Business.
24th September – The booking ID generation logic (rolled out on 21st September) is revoked. Booking ID generation will continue as before.
21st September – Booking IDs will now be unique and contain random alphanumeric character sequences generated automatically. The Auto-generate Booking ID section will not be available any more.
31st August – You can now add a staff using our APIs.
25th August - Your customers will receive calendar invites automatically when they book with you.
25th August - Calendar invites will now contain the name of the participant and the name of the service to add more context.
22nd August - We have a new enhanced onboarding for users who sign up with us. This will help quickly set up business configurations.
May 10th, 2022 – One-on-one services can have their own schedules. With Service Availability, control how long your one-on-one services should be available and also the times during a day.

20th August – Zoho Bookings integration with Zoom Meetings is now live. A meeting link is automatically generated every time an appointment is booked.
20th August – Fixed Google calendar integration sync inconsistencies when there are too many future events that needed to be synced.
26th July – A new pricing plan is rolled out for new signups starting today. This plan is flexible and enables customers to pay per user.
25th June – Choose to display a custom page when customers book or reschedule with you. Also, customize the visibility of the 'Book another appointment' button and the text that goes on it.
12th May – Notifications and reminders can now be sent to customers and staff when an appointment is marked as 'complete' or marked as 'no show'. Both the triggers are available through Zoho Flow as well.
30th April – Appointments can be added to Zoho Calendar in addition to Google calendar and O365 calendar, from the booking summary page.
30th April – Appointments are sent as calendar file attachments (.ics files) upon booking.
22nd February – New predefined variables to set the first and last names of customers on email and SMS notifications are now available.

5th August: If the Registration Form contains First Name and Last Name fields, then appointments booked through Zoho CRM plugin will now populate the respective First Name and Last Name fields in Zoho CRM.

23rd May: The text "Powered by Zoho Bookings" can now be disabled from appearing in booking pages. This can be done from the Basic Information settings page.
- The Name field for guest customers can now be configured to appear as First Name and Last Name.
- Appointment email notifications to customers now contain buttons to add the appointment to Google and iCal/Outlook Calendars
- The variable 'meetinginfo' will now be present by default in the email notification template for online meeting appointments.
- Bookmarking prompts are now restricted for booking pages embedded in websites.

- Staff members can now view calendars of associated resources, and can also add appointments for those resources.

- Canceled appointments can now be deleted from Zoho Bookings.
