Is there a way to add external users as recipients for reminders?
Yes, you can add external users as additional recipients under the Cc/Bcc fields in the reminder template.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Reminders under Reminders & Notifications.
- Click the Invoices tab if you want to modify reminders for customer invoices, or click the Bills tab if you want to modify reminders for your overdue bills.
- Edit the required template. A pop-up will appear.
- Add the external users in the Cc/Bcc fields.
- Click Save to update the template.
Now, these recipients will also receive a copy of the reminder email.
Note: You can add external users as recipients to manual as well as automated reminders.
