How do I set up the Zoho Books – ICICI Bank integration?

Note: This integration is temporarily disabled in Zoho Books upon ICICI Bank’s request. However, organisations that have already integrated with ICICI Bank can continue using it.

Before you set up the integration, you will have to have an organisation in Zoho Books and a current account with ICICI Bank. To set up the integration:

  • Sign in to Zoho Books
  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Vendor Payments > ICICI Bank.
  • Click Set Up and enter your Corp ID and User ID.
  • Log in to ICICI Bank CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) Portal.
  • Click Pending on Me from the top bar of the Dashboard.
  • Go to the Connected Banking Approvals tab.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and click Approve.
  • Complete the integration by clicking Confirm.

Your ICICI Bank account will now be integrated with Zoho Books. Learn More
