Zoho Assist MCP Server

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol that establishes a standardized way for applications to interact with Large Language Models (LLMs). With MCP, you can instruct popular AI agents or custom AI agents to interact with native or third-party applications and complete complex workflows with ease.

Zoho MCP

Zoho MCP is a service from Zoho that allows you to create your own MCP server to perform automated actions across Zoho applications and third-party services. It connects LLMs like GPT or Claude to Zoho's APIs, data models, and actions, enabling agents to turn natural language instructions into real actions across your business apps.

Using Zoho MCP with Zoho Assist, you can trigger actions such as starting remote sessions, scheduling sessions, retrieving reports, managing unattended devices, and downloading session files—all through natural language prompts.

Note

MCP server is available only in the following data centers: US, IN, EU, AU, CA, SA, UAE, JP.
