Customize Zia

Zoho's smart AI assistant is available as part of Zoho Analytics. You can add this intelligent BI assistant into your white label instance. The Zia section on the Settings tab allows you to add the AI assistant.

Ask Zia

Ask Zia is a search-driven analytical assistant that helps you create reports instantly. You can ask questions in the natural language, and Ask Zia generates the most relevant reports as answers to you.

To use Ask Zia:

  1. Enable the Ask Zia toggle button to add the AI for creating reports.
  2. In the Ask Zia feature name field, provide a name for your smart assistant. The name provided here will be displayed on your white label portal in place of Zia's name.

Zia Insights provides narrative insights over your reports. Instead of manually interpreting the reports, Zia helps you understand the underlying causes and highlight potential drivers to derive a better conclusion.

To use Zia Insights,

  1. Enable the Zia Insights toggle button to add narrative insights for your reports.
  2. In the Zia Insights feature name field, provide a name for your smart assistant. The name provided here will be displayed on your white label portal in place of Zia's name.
