What is SPF record and why does it matter?

SPF records are used to fight against spam emails. If you don’t have SPF record for your domain, there is a high probability for the email notifications you send to land in the Spam folder.

To prevent this, we recommend you to add zoho.eu if you’re accessing Zoho Billing from Zoho.eu or add zoho.com if you’re accessing Zoho Billing from Zoho.com in the SPF record of your domain’s DNS setting. This represents all of Zoho applications and so you don’t have to add another SPF record for using other Zoho applications.
