Zoho CRM – Multi-language Support..

We are getting ready with support for a few International languages for Zoho CRM.

So far we have translated the entire Zoho CRM user interface into:

  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese

Our Chinese staff is working overnight on localization of the user interface, which will be ready for beta testing in few days. We are also working on UK-English that will cater to the needs of businesses in UK and other Commonwealth countries.

In the second phase, we are planning to translate the entire web site and Wiki-based help manual so that our CRM community will have a better localized user experience.

How to select a new language?

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.

2. Click on Setup > Personal Settings > Account Information page.

3. In Account Information page, select your language, country locale, and then save your settings.

Hereafter you can see the user interface in your language.

    1. Is there any way to adjust the translated texts in the German version? I’m asking because obviously some elements are machine translated and do not make any sense in German at all!

    2. I’m looking for a CRM, I’m trying the Zoho CRM Enterprise and I need it in spanish. I know that the trial version can be configured to spanish but the menus, for example the field status in the prospect information, is kept in english, for me that’s a big trouble because my users can’t speak english. So my question it is like this in the original paid version?? or just a bug in the trial version?? thank you.

    3. Dear Sir, I changed the language in Zoho CRM to German and I found out, by chance :-) , that I can’t enter my company name under Setup > Personal Settings > Account Information page? Why is this? Yours truly Andrew Schoenfeld
