  • What is Zoholics: Developers?

    Zoholics: Developers is a dedicated two-day Zoho User Conference that focuses on training the users and developers for the Zoho Creator app and platform. Zoho Reports will also be featured. Besides training sessions, 1:1 sessions are also available to answer your specific questions.

  • What will I, as a user/developer, learn at the event?

    We have sessions for new users as well as for our longtime, power users. If you are a pro user, then get ready for the deep-dive trainings -- know more about the advance functionality of the applications, integrations, and the best practices. There will be a dedicated track for Zoho Reports as well.

    You'll also be able to see what's hot right now as you learn what fellow attendees on their own success with Zoho Creator. We will showcase case studies and testimonials. You will also have time to network and get to know fellow users of Zoho Creator.

  • Will I get answers to all my questions at the event?

    All attendees will get a chance to spend time with the experts team from Zoho in training sessions, in 1:1 time slots or during any of the breaks/meals/evening receptions. We want to answer all your questions at the event. So, please feel free to shoot your questions!

  • Is this event going to be different to the previous Zoholics events of 2012 and 2013?

    Yes, we prefer smaller, intimate events that's tailored to the respective suite of apps and the right users so where we can also provide 1:1 resources for personal time with our attendees and their questions.

    The small event is the new big event. This also means that seats will be limited. As you've probably noticed, Zoho has a couple dozen apps, we like grouping relevant ones together and doing an intimate event for that audience.

Registration & Logistics

  • How do I register for the event?

    Use your credit card, and register online.

  • When do the registrations close?

    Registrations for the event will be closed one hour before the event or when tickets are sold out.

  • What is a promo code? Do I need it?

    A promo code is a set of letters and/or numbers that entitles your to receive a special offer or discount. You don't need a promo code to register for this event. If you are a ZAPP partner, you may use this to enter your promo code.

  • What all do I need to bring to attend the event?

    Just an ID proof for registration. Feel free to bring your laptops and tablets. Power will be provided at each and every classroom-styled seat. Free internet will also be provided at the event, if you want to follow the speaker along during some of the training sessions.

  • Do I have to bring a proof of my online registration for the event?

    No, you don't have to. Just bring a proof of your identification. That's all.

  • Will you have impromptu seats if I decide to attend the event just a few hours before it commences?

    We have limited seats available for the event. If the tickets are available, you can register until one hour before the event. Given that the event is going to be hosted at Zoho's headquarters, the seats are going to be limited.

  • I just figured out that I will not be able to attend. Can I transfer my ticket to one of my colleagues?

    Yes, of course! Also, please write to us at and share the details of your colleague.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer full refund if you cancel 2 weeks before the event. We offer 50% refund if you cancel one week before the event start date.

  • I am traveling from another country and will need an invitation letter for a Visa. How can I get one?

    Please write to us at, with your details, after you register for the event. We will send you an invitation letter.

  • Will there be a free Wi-Fi?

    Yes. There will be free Wi-Fi available for all attendees of the event.

  • Do you plan to record the training sessions?


  • Do you plan to provide live video streaming of the event?

    We don’t have plans to have a live streaming of the event.

  • What about the food?

    We will provide continental breakfast and lunch during the event. There will also be refreshment breaks. We will also have vegetarian/vegan/halal/kosher/gluten-free options available.

  • Will there be opportunities for me to network?

    Yes, there will be several opportunities. We strongly recommend our prospects to meet the fellow users. You will also be able to learn how the fellow users, who are our long-term associates, use Zoho apps for their businesses.

    We'll have networking receptions in the evening so you can relax, meet other folks, enjoy a cold brew and enjoy some music.

  • Where do I stay, and how do I get to the location of the event?

  • Where is the event taking place?

    We are hosting the event at our headquarters, in Pleasanton, CA. It will be the first time that the event is conducted here at the brand new building.Pleasanton is in the East Bay, about 45 minutes by train, from San Francisco. Pleasanton is a picturesque city nestled in between the rolling hills of the East Bay. Our headquarters has been in Pleasanton for 14 years now, and from now on, we plan to host our events right here.

  • Do you have any recommendations for sightseeing in and around Pleasanton?

    There's an upscale regional shopping mall in Pleasanton, many wineries are around as well and an enjoyable downtown area. We will have a list of places to go available at registration.

  • Any good places to dine at, in and around the venue of the conference?

    There are some good places at the Pleasanton downtown. We will be happy to guide you based on your preferences, and will also provide a list of recommended restaurants.

  • How do I get to Pleasanton from SFO airport?

    There is a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) available to come to Pleasanton. This is a public transit and connects SFO with the cities in the East Bay. However, if you are arriving at the Oakland airport, availing a cab will be the best option to reach Pleasanton.


  • I don't know much about Zoho Creator or Zoho Reports. Is this event the right place to start learning?

    Yes, of course! We have sessions for new users as well as existing users. There will be training sessions on how to get started. You can also learn from our users, who are app experts themselves on how to use the applications. Team Zoho will be in full force to help you as well individually!

  • I am an existing Zoho user and I want to learn more. Do you have sessions for advanced users?

    Yes, we do! Come ready for some deep-diving sessions on exploring the capability of the application, integrations, best practices, and more. All attendees will get a chance to talk to the experts from Zoho, and get answers to all your questions!

  • I am a Zoho user already but I'm interested in the apps that will be covered as well as additional apps, can I get my questions answered for other Zoho products?
