Add CNAME record

If your domain is hosted with Shopify DNS Manager, follow the below instructions to add a CNAME and verify the domain.

  1. Login to your Shopify Admin account.
  2. Go to Online Store and select the Domains option.
  3. Open the relevant domain and click DNS Settings.
  4. Click Add custom record > CNAME 
  5. Enter subdomain name in the Name field (For example, if subdomain is bounce.zylker.com enter bounce)
  6. In the Points to field, enter verify.zeptomail.com
    NamePoints to
    subdomain name
    ​(Eg., bounce is subdomain is bounce.zylker.com)    		verify.zeptomail.com
  7. Click Save.
  8. The relevant CNAME and MX Records will get generated automatically.

Your CNAME Records will now be added successfully. However, you might have to wait for a while for the changes to take effect in the DNS Servers. After an hour or two, log into your ZeptoMail account and click Verify.
