Can I merge data from two organizations into one?

Zoho Invoice does not have a direct option to merge two organizations. However, you can achieve this by exporting data from one organization and importing it into the other organization you wish to consolidate your data into.

Here’s how:

Log in to the organization from which you want to move data.
Export the data from each module (for example, Customers, Items, and Invoices).
Switch to the organization where you want to consolidate your data.
Import the exported files into the corresponding modules.

Note: It is recommended to import data in the following order: Customers, Items, and then Invoices. This ensures that the related records are available before importing transactions.
