Why were some items and customers skipped while migrating data to Zoho Books?

While migrating customers and vendors to Zoho Books, the system will validate only the contact display name of each record. If you have multiple contacts in the same name but with a different company or second name, it will still be considered as a duplicate value. To rectify this error, ensure the customer display name is unique.

Likewise, for items, the system will validate the Item name only. Multiple records with the same item name will be skipped during migration.
