# How do I monitor the actions and changes performed by users in my organisation?

To track changes made by users in your organisation:

*   Go to **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Scroll down and click **Activity** under _Activity Logs & Audit Trail_.
*   Click **Customise Report** at the top.
*   Click **+Add Filters** below _Advanced Filters_.
*   Specify the criteria. Select **User** in the first dropdown, **is in** in the second dropdown, and the required users in the third dropdown.
*   You can add filters and specify multiple conditions to satisfy.
*   Click **Run Report**.

An activity report is generated based on the user specified. Now, you can view changes made by the respective user.
