# How do I print invoices on a thermal printer?

If you are using a thermal printer, you can customize the **Retail Template** for an invoice. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Select **PDF Templates** under _Customization_.
*   Select the **Invoice** module.
*   Click the **+New option**.
*   Choose from **Retail - Standard** or **Retail - Premium** templates as per your preference by clicking the **Use This** option.
*   You can customize any details from the _Edit Template_ page.
*   Click **Save** to update your changes.
