Is it possible to send an overdue invoice notification to my customer through WhatsApp?

Yes, you can. Here’s how you accomplish:

Go to Invoices and select the overdue invoice you want to notify your customer about.
From the Send dropdown, select WhatsApp Message and populate all the necessary fields.
Click Send, and the notification will be sent to your customer.

The invoice details will be sent to the respective contact person via WhatsApp.

Note: By using this option, you can only send notifications for your overdue invoices from Zoho Books but not reminders for the same.
