# How do I sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Zoho?

If you are an admin of your organization in Zoho Books, you can sign a DPA with Zoho to reflect your agreement with regard to the processing of data. 

You can initiate this process by following the steps below:

*   Click your organization’s display picture in the top right corner.
*   Click **My Account** next to the Sign Out option.
*   Go to **Preferences** from the accounts page and click the **Privacy** tab.
*   Go to **Data Processing Addendum** and click the **Initiate Now** button.

This will start the DPA agreement process for you and you will receive an email with a link to do so. After reading the document, agree to the terms and conditions, sign it digitally and click **Finish**.
