# I am not able to find the “Assign User” option? What do I do?

You might have not found that option because you might have customers that have the **Type** set to **Both**. This option is not available in Zoho Books anymore.

To have this option enabled for your organization, please follow the instructions given below:

*   Clone the contact with the **Type** as **Both**.
*   Save it as **Vendor** and move all the purchase related transactions from the both to the vendor.
*   After moving all the transactions, change the existing **Both** contact type to **Customer**.

Once you complete these steps, please send us a feedback. We will make the necessary changes from our end for you to view the option for the custom role.
