# How do I export reports?

You can export your reports in Zoho Billing in the following formats:

*   **XLSX** - Microsoft Excel file.
*   **XLS** - Compatible with Microsoft Excel (1991-2004 editions).
*   **CSV** - Comma Separated Value file.
*   You can also directly export to **Zoho Sheets**.
*   A few reports can be exported as a **PDF**.

To export your reports:

*   Go to the **Reports** module from the sidebar.
*   Select the report you want to export.
*   Click **Export As** in the top right corner.
*   Select the desired file type.
*   Choose the download location and click **Save**.

You can go to the downloaded location and view your reports.
