# How do I create recurring invoices in Zoho Billing?

In Zoho Billing, recurring invoices are managed as subscriptions. If you upgraded from Zoho Invoice, you can fetch your existing recurring invoices directly into the Subscriptions module, where they will be available with all the associated items intact.

Here’s how:

*   Go to **Subscriptions** under _Sales_.
*   Click **Fetch Now** on the banner at the top of the page.

Your recurring invoices from Zoho Invoice will be brought in as subscriptions and you can manage them the same way you managed recurring invoices in Zoho Invoice.

If you want to create new recurring invoices and are not migrating from Zoho Invoice, you can do so directly from the Subscriptions module. Refer to the [Subscriptions help document](/billing/help/sales/subscriptions/subscriptions.html#new-subscription) for detailed instructions.

**Note:**

*   Recurring invoices associated with projects cannot be fetched as subscriptions.
*   Fetching your recurring invoices as subscriptions is irreversible.
