# Who are listed under “Non-Subscribers” filter?

The customers who do not have any single active subscription are listed under “Non-Subscribers” filter.

For Example:-

1.  If a customer owns three subscriptions out of which all three are either expired, cancelled or marked as inactive then this particular customer will fall under “Non-Subscribers” filter as he does not have any active subscription at the moment.
    
2.  A newly created customer without any subscription will also fall under “Non-Subscribers” filter.
