The Track Payment Dues extension connects it with Zoho Billing so you can monitor invoice due dates and outstanding payments directly from your calendar. **Scenario:** Aaron Brown, an accounts manager at Zylker Consulting, manages a large number of customer invoices each month. Tracking which invoices are due and which are still unpaid takes up time he'd rather spend on follow-ups. By connecting Zoho Billing with Zoho Calendar, Aaron can view all invoice due dates directly in his calendar at-a-glance, so he can act on them right away. * * * ## Key Benefits * Sync all invoices with the Sent, Overdue, or Paid status from Zoho Billing to your Zoho Calendar automatically. * Select the specific calendar you want to track payment dues in, and keep your billing schedule separate from your other calendars. * Open any due date event in Zoho Calendar to view the individual invoices, the customers they were raised for, and the exact amount owed for each invoice. * Get a consolidated view of all payments due on a date by viewing the Unpaid event, and track what your customers have already paid by viewing the Paid event. * * * ## Install the Extension To install the Track Payment Dues With Zoho Calendar extension: * Go to [Zoho Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoho.com/home) and search for the **Track Payment Dues With Zoho Calendar for Zoho Billing** extension. * Click **Install** at the top band. * In the pop-up that appears: * Verify your details in the _Use of Personal Details_ section. * Select the organisation for which you want to install the extension from the dropdown next to the **Portal Name** field in the _Installation details_ section. * Read and agree to the terms and conditions of your vendor and Zoho Marketplace. * Click **Install** to proceed with the installation of the extension. * On the following page, check the **I agree to the Terms and Conditions of the integration, and authorize Track Payment Dues With Zoho Calendar to access and process my data as needed** option and click **Next**. * Authorise the Zoho Calendar and Zoho Billing - Track Payment Dues With Zoho Calendar connections. * To authorise the Zoho Calendar connection: * Hover over Zoho Calendar and click **Connect**. * On the new page that appears, click **Connect**. * Zoho Flow requires access to your app data to fetch the necessary data.
