Here are the different ways in which Zoho Writer's Zia reports plagiarism in your content while writing in English.
Crisp plagiarism summary

Informative dashboard
Get a quick breakdown of your document with details such as the total number of sentences in your document, number of sentences with plagiarized content, and sources with which the content matches, along with the number of matching sentences from each source.
Comprehensive plagiarism analysis
Get a detailed plagiarism-specific report that shows the number of plagiarized sentences, all the matching sources, and the corresponding number of plagiarized sentences in each source.
Sentence-specific report
For each sentence that is highlighted, you can view the part of the sentence that appears to match an existing page, along with the corresponding source.
Source-specific report
For each source, view all the sentences in your document that match existing content, with a description of the extent to which they match.
How Zoho Writer's plagiarism detector works
Zia compares your document's content with the content analyzed on the top five matching sites to detect different types of plagiarism, including:
Direct match: Keyphrases from the document and the top five website content are compared to determine direct plagiarism.
Paraphrased sentences: Cosine similarity is measured for the content in the document and the top five websites to detect paraphrased sentences or content.
Word order match: Compare content from your document and the matching websites to locate word order matches. Besides direct matches, sentences in a different order are also highlighted as potential plagiarism.
Common knowledge content check to avoid false positives
Common knowledge is information that is widely known but cannot be attributed to any specific authority or owner. Zia's AI-driven algorithm analyzes your document content to determine if they have common knowledge content, and doesn't highlight them to avoid false positives.
