Create New Document Version

Updates the content of an existing document by uploading a new file, creating a new version of it. The version history of the document is preserved.

Path Parameters

document_idstring(Required)

The unique ID of the document to update.

Request Body

multipart/form-data

contentbinary(Required)

The new file to upload as the document's updated content. Supported formats: docx (up to 50 MB), rtf, html, txt, odt (up to 10 MB).

passwordstring(Optional)

The password to unlock the file, if the uploaded content is password-protected.
