Activating Zoho Workerly from Google Apps
Zoho Workerly for Google Apps is available in the Google Apps Marketplace. Google Apps users with the Super Administrator role can activate Zoho Workerly for Google Apps for your organization.
Note
- When you have a Zoho Workerly account (any Edition) - On activation, you will be able to access all the features. Note that the Gmail integration will be available only if you have Zoho Mail Add-on for your account.
- When you do not have a Zoho Workerly account - While activating, you will get the Zoho Workerly Trial Version with Zoho Mail Add-on for 15 days. During the trial period, you can evaluate:
- Add users from Google Apps to Zoho Workerly
- Import contacts from Google Apps to Zoho Workerly
- Export events from Zoho Workerly to Google Apps
- Attach files from Google Drive to Zoho Workerly
- Integrate Google Mail with Zoho Workerly
Activating Zoho Workerly for Google Apps
To activate Zoho Workerly from Google Apps, follow these steps:
- Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator's privilege.
- In the Admin Console page, click Apps.
The services that you have added from different sources will be listed. - Click Marketplace Apps.
- Click the Add Marketplace Apps icon.
- In the Google Apps Marketplace, search for the Zoho Workerly application.
- From the search results, select Zoho Workerly and click + Install App.
Next, in the Get ready to install page click continue. - In the Granting Access page, review the list of Google data APIs, permissions and click Accept.
The service will be added.
To create a Zoho Workerly account, follow these steps:
- Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator privilege.
- In the Google Apps Dashboard or Google universal navigation, click Zoho Workerly application.
- In the Welcome to Zoho Workerly page, select Enable Zoho Workerly access to Google Apps user and click Start.
A Zoho Workerly account will be created for your Google Apps domain.
