• What is Zoho Workerly?

    Zoho Workerly is a cloud-based software product built for temporary staffing agencies to manage their temporary/contract workers. The platform enables agencies to manage their temporary workforce database, their clients, jobs specified by clients. Agents can now schedule jobs to their temps, create timesheets to track their working hours, and send out invoices for payments. The product also provides log-in interface for workers on Android and iOS mobile applications. Workers can access their jobs, accept or reject jobs, and log their hours.

  • How secure is my data?

    We have used proven network security components in place to ensure the highest security for your data. This includes physical security practices (like 7x24x365 security, video monitoring, biometric access, bullet-resistant walls), network security (encryption, intrusion detection/prevention), people processes and redundancy/business continuity.

  • Where will my data be held?

    Depending on your location, your data will be stored on Zoho-owned servers in the United States, Europe, or Asia. We comply with Safe Harbor and have certified compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We strongly believe that your data belongs to you.   • What applications can I run Zoho Workerly on?

    You can access the Zoho Workerly web application via any operating system, including Windows and Linux. Just be sure to use a compatible internet browser.

  • What are the pricing plans for Zoho Workerly's subscription?

    Zoho Workerly has two plans, starting from our free plan, basic plan and the add-on . The free plan allows agents to add upto 5 Temps and 2 Jobs, whereas the basic plan allows agents to add upto 50 Temps and unlimited Jobs.   • I can't sign in. What can the reasons be?

    If you are not able to sign into the Zoho account, the most probable reasons are:

    Either you have entered an incorrect email address Or you have keyed in an incorrect password (remember, the password is case-sensitive) Please check if your Caps Lock button (On/Off) on the keyboard before typing in your password.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    Zoho Workerly customers are commonly billed monthly, by credit card. This is based on the number of active employees at the time of billing. A discount of 10% is provided for yearly subscription.   • How do I upgrade my account?

    You can upgrade your Zoho Workerly account by going to the subscription page to the top right corner of your Homescreen.
