Sub-folder level sharing

WorkDrive lets you share a particular sub-folder to team members who are not part of the parent Team Folder. This feature also lets you give specific Team Folder members higher-level permissions to certain sub-folders. For example, if a member has a viewer role in a Team Folder, you can give them an edit permission to a particular sub-folder.

Collaboration on your terms

Focus on your work without worrying about your teammates seeing it before you're ready for suggestions. Files created in a Team Folder using the Zoho Office Suite remain in a draft state and are visible only to you until you're ready to make them available to your team.

Multiple external sharing links
