More Action 

Let's have a look at the additional actions that you can perform in the Call Config module.


View Call Config details

On the Call Config homepage, click on the number you want to view.
The details page displays:

  • Basic information such as name, location, cost, and call availability (incoming/outgoing), along with the number status.

  • Call configuration details.

  • Call statistics including cost, duration, and call count.

  • Weekly stats for incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.


Filter & Search numbers

On the Call Config homepage:

  • Enter the name or number in the search bar at the top right to find the required number.

  • To filter by country, click +All in the search bar and select the desired country.


Delete a number

On the Call Config homepage:

  1. Click the Delete icon next to the number you want to remove.

  2. A warning pop-up will appear, notifying you that deleting this number will also remove its associated IVR configurations and call flow.

    • Purchased numbers: If you delete a purchased number, you have up to three months to repurchase it. After that, it will be available for sale to the public.

    • Ported numbers: Once deleted, ported numbers will be moved to the backend after three months.

    • BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) numbers: Deleted BYOC numbers are moved to a specific state, but you can add them back anytime.

  3. Click Delete to proceed

Once a number is deleted, all call logs, recordings, and voicemail associated with that number will be deleted.
