External Voice AI
With External SIP URI you can route inbound calls received on your Zoho Voice account to external voice AI agents and SIP-enabled applications. You can integrate AI providers such as ElevenLabs Conversational AI, Retell AI, and other SIP-compatible platforms into your inbound call flows using a simple SIP URI configuration.
Note
- Only the super admin, admins and supervisor plus users can configure and manage External SIP URI profiles.
- Supervisor Plus users cannot modify Business Hours/Holiday profiles. As a result, they cannot select or change External SIP URI profiles in the Off-Duty Action Handler settings.

Calls routed through an External SIP URI are charged at 0.001 credits per minute.
