Configure Poly Headsets with Zoho Voice
With Zoho Voice you can perform integration with poly headsets, allowing users to manage calls hands-free with just hardware controls. Follow the steps below to connect and configure your Poly headset with Zoho Voice.
To connect your Poly headset with Zoho Voice:
Log in to the Zoho Voice web or desktop app.
On the dialpad, click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner.
Scroll down and toggle on Headphone Integration option.
Click View Config to proceed.
Select Poly in the Model dropdown list at the top.
Click the link to download and install the Plantronics hub desktop host application for both the Zoho Voice web and desktop.
After installing the desktop application, make sure to keep the Plantronics hub desktop host application active in order to enable bidirectional interactions with both the Zoho Voice web and desktop.
This allows the Zoho Voice to automatically detect the model and other specifications of your Plantronics headset.
Additionally, the Status field at the top will indicate whether the configured headset has been successfully connected. For a successful connection, it shows the value "Connected".
You can now seamlessly control and quickly handle all inbound and outbound calls through the Zoho Voice using your hands-on Plantronics hub headset with minimal gestures.
