Blocked Numbers
Zoho Voice allows you to block unwanted or spam numbers by adding them to a block list. Once blocked, you will no longer receive calls or SMS from these numbers, helping you maintain a secure and distraction-free communication environment.
Note
Blocking and unblocking numbers is applied at the organizational level and affects all users within the organization.
To block numbers:
Go to Settings and select the Blocked Numbers module in the left sidebar menu.
Click the Add Number button in the top-right corner.
Enter the number.
Optionally, mention the reason for blocking and click Save.
You can also block message numbers directly from the SMS tab by following similar steps.
Blocked call numbers will be listed under the Call tab on the Blocked Numbers homepage.
Blocked message numbers will be listed under the SMS tab.
Managing Blocked Numbers
Unblock a single number: Click the delete icon next to the number you wish to unblock.
Unblock bulk numbers: Select required numbers using the checkboxes and click the Unblock button.
Other ways to block numbers
From Logs module: Go to the Logs module. In the Call Logs, Voicemails, or Call Recordings tabs, hover over the number and click the block icon.
From Dialpad: Navigate to the Logs section. Click the info icon of the number, then select Block.
From SMS module: Go to the Message module. In the Conversation View, hover over the text and click the block icon. Numbers blocked via the message module will be listed under the SMS tab in the Blocked Numbers homepage.
