Auto Credit

The Auto Credit feature automatically adds credits to your account when the balance falls below a specified limit. Once enabled, the system will top up the credits based on the configuration set under Settings → My Profile module. The invoice will be generated for the top-up amount.

Note

Only super admins and admins can configure this feature.

 

Configure Auto Credit 

  1. Go to Settings → My Profile module.

  2. Under the Low Credits Notifications, enable Auto Credit Renewal.

  3. In Credit Renewal Amount, enter the desired value.
     

    Note

    Maximum of 500 credits can be configured.

  4. Click Update.


Points to note  

  • When configuring for the first time, ensure that the Available Credits is greater than the lowest credit balance threshold.

  • Auto Credit can be triggered a maximum of three times within 30 days.

  • For yearly plans, the minimum credit renewal amount should be 100.

  • If there are any pending payments, auto credit will remain inactive until all dues are cleared.
