GET - Download recording and voicemail

Purpose

Use this API to download recording and voicemail files.

NoteThe same API is used to download both voicemail and recording log files. The filename determines which file to download.
Threshold for this url - 30 calls per min and lock period is 10 min.

Parameters:

Param Name	Data Type	Description
recording_filename *	String	Represents the single or multiple comma-separated recording file names to download. Maximum length allowed is 10000 characters. Example: recording_filename=1469501_16641882751_1469501.wav,1469501_16641881845_1469501.wav Note: Download limit is set to a maximum of 10 files and a total file size of 1 GB.
password	SafeString	Represents the password configuration. If a value is provided, the file is downloaded as a ZIP file.
mode	String	Represents the action mode. Possible values: Play Download Default value is Download.
ZUID	Integer	Represents the user’s ZUID. When using org OAuth, this value is used in the criteria to verify whether the user has permission to view the recording file.
