Schedule your access requests
Request immediate access to resolve high priority issues or schedule your request to access passwords during a previously approved change window. Your request will be approved if the ticket ID matches predefined criteria set by the admin.
Configure custom criteria
Admins can set predefined criteria to be met for every access request. For example, you can give users access to passwords when the ticket is of high priority or when the service-level agreement (SLA) is about to be breached.
