How do I get notified when my customers cancel their subscription from the customer portal?

You can get notified whenever your customer cancels their subscription from the Customer Portal by adding your email address in the CC field of the Cancel Subscription email template. To do this:

  • Go to Settings > Email Notifications.
  • Click Default near Cancel Subscription to modify the email template.
  • Add your email address in the CC field.
  • Click Save.
