How do I mark a customer as Inactive?

To mark a customer as inactive:

  • Go to the Customers module from the left sidebar.
  • Select the customer whom you want to mark as Inactive.
  • Click the More dropdown and select Mark as Inactive.

Now, this customer will be marked as inactive and you will not be able to add any new transactions for them.

Note: You will not be able to mark customers with active subscriptions as Inactive.
