How do I delete my customer’s associated payment methods?

To delete your customer’s associated payment methods:

  • Go to the Customers module from the left sidebar.
  • Select a customer.
  • Click the Trash icon next to the payment method that you want to delete in the customer’s Overview tab.

Warning: This will delete the payment method from the Payment Gateway in which it is stored as well. If your customer has active subscriptions, deleting this payment method may cause auto-charge to fail for them.
