How can I associate personalized templates to my customers?
Templates in Zoho Subscriptions are used to send out Invoices and Credit notes. They can be broadly classified as PDF templates (for your invoices, estimates, etc) and email templates (email notifications sent to your customers). They can be created and modified under the Settings section. If you want all transactions relating to a particular contact to contain a unique template, you can match the template with that customer.
To associate a customer with a template,
- Navigate to Customers tab and select the customer to which you want to associate a template.
- Click on More options button on the top right corner.
- Select Associate Template and select the appropriate PDF Templates for Invoices and Credit Notes from the drop down.
- Click on Save.
