How can I disable Customer Portal for a customer or a contact person?

To disable portal for a customer or contact person,

  • Navigate to the Customers tab and select the customer you want to invite.
  • Next, click on More drop-down at the top-right and click on Configure Customer Portal.
  • In the Enable Portal Access for pop-up next, uncheck the customer and contact persons whom you want to disable the Customer Portal for and click on Save.
