Can I change the pay schedule of my Zoho Spend organization?

Yes, but it depends on the status of your payrolls:

If your Payroll Status is:

• Before processing your first payroll: You can fully update your pay schedule, including the pay frequency and pay date.
• After processing your first payroll, but before approving it: You must delete the draft payroll to make changes to the pay schedule.
• After processing and approving your first payroll: You can only update the pay date. The pay frequency cannot be changed.
