What are the default user roles?

In Zoho Procurement, there are four default user roles that define the level of access and permissions for each user.

The default user roles are:

• Requestor: Create and submit purchase requests for approval.
• Approver: Create, submit, and approve purchase requests, as well as approve purchase orders and bills.
• Purchaser: Unrestricted access to the Items, Vendors, Procurement, and Payables modules.
• Admin: Unrestricted access to all modules and Settings.
