What if I need to make changes to an approved payroll?

To cancel an approved pay run,​

1. Go the Pay Runs tab.
2. click View Summary on the pay tun you want to cancel.​
3. click Cancel this payroll button on the top right corner.​
4. Hit yes in the pop-up to cancel the pay run.​​

The pay run will be moved to the draft stage.​
