How long does it take for refunds to be deposited to my customer’s account?

Refunds usually take around 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s statements. Until the refund is deposited, they can track the transaction using the ARN/RRN to know when the amount will be deposited. You can view the ARN/RRN by navigating to the refunded transaction and clicking View Details. Learn how Zoho Payments processes refunds.
