How do I change the statement descriptor that’s displayed to customers?
Statement descriptors help customers identify the transaction with your business (their payment to you) in their bank or card statements. You will be asked to provide a Payment Descriptor that you would like to use for your business while creating your Zoho Payments account. In case you change your mind later and decide to use a new one, you can edit it. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings and click Public Information.
- Navigate to the Payment Descriptor section and enter the updated descriptor.
- Click Save.
