The amount has been debited from my account but the merchant has not received it. What should I do in this case?
In this case, the payment should become successful within 30 minutes to one hour from the time of the transaction. Do not retry the payment in the meantime as it could cause a duplicate transaction. Check with your merchant after an hour and if they still state that they haven’t received the payment, please write to us at support@zohopay.com.
