# Connect Zoho Payments MCP to Claude

Connect Claude with your Zoho Payments MCP Server to let it handle real-world payment workflows securely and efficiently, all from within your conversation window.

**Note:** Only a Claude organization admin can complete these steps. Once connected, the integration will be accessible to everyone in your organization, but only you can manage the tools linked to this Zoho Payments MCP instance.

1.  Click your profile in the bottom-right corner of Claude Desktop.
2.  Go to _Settings_ and click **Connectors**.
3.  Select **Add Custom Connector** to create a new connector.
4.  Enter a **Name** and paste the **MCP URL** provided by your Zoho MCP setup.
5.  Click **Add**. The MCP server will be integrated with your MCP client.
6.  Click **Connect** to authorise the connector.
7.  Check the required permissions and click **Allow** in the OAuth prompt to proceed.

Your Zoho Payments MCP Server is now connected to Claude. You can start using payment tools in your conversations.

## Accessing Zoho Payments MCP Tools in Claude

Once your MCP server is connected, you can enable specific Zoho Payments tools within any Claude conversation. This lets you ask Claude to create refunds, generate payment links, retrieve transaction details, manage customers, and more. To do so:

1.  Open a new chat in Claude.
2.  Select the **Search and Tools** button located in the lower-left corner of your chat interface.
3.  Select your **Zoho Payments MCP** connection.
4.  Pick the tools you want to use in the chat.
5.  Ask Claude to perform actions such as creating refunds, generating payment links, or retrieving customer and payment information.

This setup allows your AI agent to automate payment workflows directly from Claude.

**Note:** Handle your MCP server URL like a password. It can trigger tools connected to your account and access sensitive payment information.

**Insight:** You can temporarily disable MCP tools in Claude by opening the + menu in the chat input, selecting Connectors, and toggling off any tools you prefer not to use.

### Disconnect MCP Server

If you no longer need the MCP integration, you can disconnect the Zoho Payments MCP server from Claude at any time by removing its configuration.

To disconnect your MCP server:

1.  Click your profile in the bottom-right corner of Claude Desktop.
2.  Go to _Settings_ and click **Connectors**.
3.  Click the **⋮** menu next to the connected server.
4.  Select **Disconnect** to revoke access.

Your MCP server will be disconnected. You’ll need to follow the setup steps again to reconnect it.
