What are non-returnable items?

An item is eligible for return only if it meets the requirements as set by the seller. A return policy varies from seller to seller, for instance, certain health and personal care products, perishables, and products whose warranty period has lapsed, services etc., are usually not eligible for return. Once purchased, the buyer cannot return, exchange or claim a cash refund for those products (unless made an exception).

In Zoho Inventory the items that you don’t mark as returnable will be considered a ‘Non-Returnable Item’. You cannot process RMA/sales return for those items. Service items and purchase-only items are by default non-returnable.
