# How do I audit every action taken by my team?

Use the **Activity Logs & Audit Trail** report (Activity category). It shows every action performed in your organisation — who did it, when, and on which record. Filter by user, date range, and activity type to narrow the audit to a specific person or time window. Click any activity entry to open the related record directly.
