On what basis does a sales channel item get mapped with an item in Zoho Inventory?

The items from Zoho Inventory and the marketplace are mapped based on two cases:

  • If a product with the same SKU or same name exists in Zoho Inventory, then the marketplace item will be mapped automatically to the one in Zoho Inventory.
  • If a product with the same SKU or same name does not exist in Zoho Inventory, then the marketplace item will be created as an unconfirmed item. You can then update/confirm/link the marketplace item to the one present in Zoho inventory. Learn more about unconfirmed items.
