# Terminal Payments

Terminal payments let you collect in-person payments through supported payment terminals and record the payment in Zoho Inventory. You can set up supported providers from _Customer Payments_ and enter the terminal number, location identifier, device identifier, or authorization code provided by your payment provider. Use terminal payments when your customers pay at a counter, store, warehouse, or billing desk and you want the payment recorded against their invoices in Zoho Inventory.
